Plaisir Ice Cream Cake



Plaisir Wafers from Lago

Chocolate cake (20cm diameter)

2 cups of caramel

4 cups of whipped cream

1 cup of chocolate butter cream

Chocolate frosting

Chocolate syrup

Selection of Lago products for decoration


Split (ready) chocolate cake into two equal disks horizontally.
Mix softened Ice cream with Lago Plaisir.
Top each cake disk with caramel sauce then with the ice cream mix.
Freeze until ice cream is firm.
Put one of the identical disks on top of the other.
Cover the sides of the prepared cake with buttercream.
Line Lago Plaisir along the diameter of the cake.
Decorate with ice cream, whipped cream and a selection of Lago wafers.
